I charged my Fitbit thinking that the battery had run out. But after charging the screen will not come on.
I feel it vibrate but that is it.
What do I do??? I haven't had this Fitbit Inspire HR that long.

@HollyHJ I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working. I suggest you try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. If it is still syncing then try changing the clock face.
Let me know how it goes.

Inspire hr screen black no heart rate lights. Medium battery charge. Nothing happens when I put it on charger. Reset does nothing. Only about six months old. Does not sync. Cannot change clock face

I've had this problem too! It has happened to me twice at least. What I have had to do is change the clock face and it works again. I should probably report the problem but for now, as long as it doesn't happen frequently, this has worked.

Thank you so much for the suggestion to change the clock face! It sounded strange to me, but I tried it worked! The screen works again!

I also had issues with the app not finding the Fitbit. I closed the app, turned Bluetooth off, deleted the app (it keeps your data, so don’t worry about that), turned the phone off, turned the phone back on, re downloaded the app, turned Bluetooth back on, and it worked. Every once in a while now, I have to turn the phone off and back on for Bluetooth to find the Fitbit. Annoying, but it works.
