My Inspire HR screen went black. I’ve tried restarting and nothing. Ideas to get it to work?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure if this is the battery not charging or if it is the screen itself since the tracker isn't responding at all based on what you said. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
