Inspire HR screen is blank

Hi all.. my Fitbit inspire 2 screen isnt working! It’s fully charged and I can see the stats on the app.. but the screen on the watch doesnt appear.. I tried restarting it on the app but didnt know how.. anyone has/had the same issue? 
Anyone knows what I should do?

Hi there, @Sofia.ab. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire HR is still blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello and thank you for your reply!

I did what was mentioned in the email. I pressed and held the tracker
button and I also tried changing the clock- however, I am still facing the
same issue. My fitbit screen is still blank.

Is there anything else I can do?

Hii again, I plugged it to the charger and pressed and held the button for about 15 sec then unplugged it and replugged it again.. and it worked!!! However, it was untappable .. couldnt tap it. And after just a few minutes it went blank again !! Pls help!
