Inspire HR screen is coming off

Bought new in April had it for 3 months,  started having problems keeping charged recently, then screen only would  show time and date. Then screen started coming off and on by itself while setting on night stand and battery would ultimately run down. I really liked it to track heart rate and sleep. I dont have my receipt. Can I return and get another?

3 months after purchasing  new  started having problems  not tracking , staying on clock screen or setting screen, not able to access other screens.  Then it started  blinking off and on , restarted it several times.   Followed and read blogs for trouble shooting, performed suggestions listed and still not functioning properly.  When I wear it still blinks on and off clock screen. Took it off and placed.on night stand to charge still blinking on and off clock screen. Not sure what to do.  When I take it off  charger it blinks until it runs battery down stuck on clock screen or setting  screen. Hope I explained it well enough to understand what the problem is. Thanks for your support and guidance with my Fitbit.  It is back up and going again.
