my screen has slowly faded more and more to now where I can barely see anything. HELP! My Fitbit is not old and should not be doing this. I really don’t wanna have to buy another 😭 I’ve tried resetting & troubleshooting already with no luck

Hi amw1125 I recently experienced the same problem with my Fitbit Charge 3 in Aug. The words and figures gradually faded away to nothing over the course of weeks.I don’t think it has anything to do with water damage as I seldom submerge it
Into water. I remove it for showers but
leave it on for washing up. All the same it’s waterproof!
Long story short I returned it
back to John Lewis where I purchased it less than 2yrs ago. They were happy to refund or exchange it for another model so I choose the aspire model.
If yours is still within the guarantee return it and get a replacement. Hope this helps. Good luck.
