My fitbit isn't scrolling at all! I have connected it to the charger and tried to reset it (happy face comes up), but there's no vibration!
I also haven't been able to get any of my notifications from my phone that I've set - unless it's a phone call.
Please help! This has been going on for too long 😞

Hi there, i'm also having this issue with my inspire HR screen not scrolling and lack of notifications. Iv only had this fitbit for three weeks, tried restarting it several times, changing the clock faces via the app, and the issue still persists. Additionally, it seems that the 'screen wake' setting is stuck in 'on' mode, the main clock screen blinks on and off constantly even though I've set screen wake to 'off' in the settings page (icon has the line thorough it). I cant scroll at all in any of the screens to get to the clear data/factory reset option so i have not been able to try that. Ive also made sure that my fitbit app is updated, so im not sure what else to do. Please help.
