Inspire HR screen is not working and not under warranty anymore

Hello! The screen on my Inspire HR has not been displaying anything for a week now. I've tried to restart by connecting the device to the charger but it still didn't work.

I contacted the Fitbit chat support and they've asked me to do the same thing; still nothing.

The agent said I have to wait for an email and the email did come but it just said that my device is not under warranty anymore. 😞

And so far, no repair shops in my area.

What else can still be done?

Help

Hi @HMDL  there are no repairs for these devices and there's not much more you can do if support couldn't help you. Sorry this happened to you, but these devices don't live forever.

Looking at community forum. Soooo many of Fitbit devices ( just out of warranty). Stop working and response is ….nothing last for ever. At  £89  for another Inspire HR. That’s not good value !   At least 3 of us at dance class have had same !  Only person who got a replacement was via Amazon … no argument sent a replacement . More than manufacturer offers.   A throw away society ? Also what a nice turn over. Buy a new one every 2years  maybe consider replaceable batteries but that’s not gonna give Fitbit as many sales offering discount on replacements.  So reliability. Ok within 2 yrs  after that … you better buy a new one .. maybe a cheap cheerful one. More cost effective . Sad customer !
