I am having problems with my Inspire HR. Most of the time the screen looks like snow and when the screen does decide to work, it won't scroll from one scree to the next. It also won't hold a charge but for about 2 days. It used to last a week. I did manage to reboot it one time but it seems to have made the issues worse.
