Hello,
After rebooting the device numerous times with the charger and holding the device for 5 seconds, my inspire HR no longer swipes to show exercises and other stats.
I have just completed the new watch update has this affected the watch?
Are there any other solutions for this problem or is my device broken?

Hi @Sophy123, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire HR won't swipe. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
We haven't received reports that the firmware update has affected the swiping feature of the unit. However, I'd like you to try changing the clock face of your Fitbit device to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, try swiping the screen and see if the issue gets fixed.

Afternoon,
thank you for coming back to me. Yes I have changed the clock face abs still no swipe functionality.
I just want to select the exercise function so I can record my runs.
I have updated my iPhone and the Fitbit app had updated and is recording the steps but the watch won’t swipe.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit - I am also having this problem with my Inspire HR. It is still syncing to the app on my phone, but the tracker won’t let me scroll. The app isn’t auto-recognizing my workouts my work outs either, but it is counting the activity minutes.
I read through the forums and tried changing the clock face a few times, as well as resetting by plugging it in, and pressing the button on the side until the smiley face appears. Still nothing.
I don’t know if it matters, but sometimes it half scrolls to notifications, but then gets stuck there and I can’t get past that. Thought maybe it needed to be cleaned?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! I really want to be able to log my workouts on the tracker.

I cannot scroll the screen at all athough I have Connected Clock to computer snd restarted it several times.

Hi Juan, Any progress with this as I still cannot input my Yoga or Runs into my watch and am starting to miss this functionality.
