Hi
my inspire HR screen has stopped working. I can see the main screen with my steps and time etc but it won’t let me scroll through or let me do anything. I have tried the reset a few times and when I do it still doesn’t work .
and now my battery only seems to be lasting a day ? It’s not even a year old yet .😕

Mine started doing this several weeks ago? It had apparently died prematurely and I hadn’t noticed it in days. I charged it until it was 100% again and thought nothing of it. Then, I noticed it blinking every 1 - 1.5 seconds. Nothing I did, including turning on/off and resetting numerous times, made a difference. Totally unusable at this point. Please help, FitBit. You’re our only hope. 😜

The flashing on my HR is draining the battery from 100% to 16% in exactly 6 hours. A single charge used to last almost a whole week before this started happening a few weeks ago.

I highly recommend contacting support. I explained the issue to a kind CSR who was able to verify that the last full battery charge lasted 16 mins. He is sending me a new device since it’s still under warranty. Thanks FitBit!

@SleepyMuse @GoedertTexas Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
@SleepyMuse happy to hear that our Support team was able to help you.
@GoedertTexas Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Keep me posted.
