Inspire HR screen not scrolling

Hi there, my fitbit inspire HR is one month old. The screen is coming on when I wake it and when I press the button and showing live and accurate information on the clock face however it will not scroll and I cannot bring up the menu by holding the button. it is still vibrating for alerts however the screen is completely frozen on the clock face screen. any help would be appreciated thanks

I just had the exact same problem. I restarted my device and it is now working again. I have the Inspire HR. To restart I attached it to the charger which was switched on, held the side button for 8 seconds, then the smiley face appeared which means it has restarted.

Thank you so much, I'll try this when im home from work as don't have the charger with me. Hopefully that will sort it! fingers crossed.

To restart I attached it to the charger which was switched on, held the side button for about 10 seconds until you see a smiley face.

This worked for me thank you. I did have to hold button for longer and smiley face only appeared when I’d almost given up and left it !
