Hello my Fitbit stopped letting me scroll through all of the different devices it only shows the time and the number of steps I can’t even tell if the battery is charged or not I have not upgraded my iPhone 6 I haven’t done anything different it worked yesterday today it does not

my Fitbit inspire hr has froze up 4 times in under 3 months use seems to be junk

I have the same issue. I tried a restart but it didn’t work. My ap & device both show as up to date. What is the next step?

My screen is frozen for about the 4th time in 6 months. Just tells time & date, will not scroll. Tried the Charger and 5 second jolt that you mentioned. Still frozen. Where do I go from here?
