Inspire HR screen not scrolling

For almost a week now my screen won't scroll up or down. I switched clock faces and could at least tap to sort through steps, HR, etc. But now even that won't work. I've switched clock faces again, rebooted my fitbit (smiley face screen multiple times), restarted my phone and still not able to get anything to scroll or even tap now. I am able to see text messages but not able to scroll them through or close them out. I get vibrations for some notifications. My data all seems to be syncing to the app ok.

Also, at the top of my display  there appears to be lines where the lights aren't working, almost like stripes on my screen. Not sure if it's related to not being able to scroll. I don't mind that as much as I hate not being able to see my stats if I'm not with my phone. 

I've seen a few other people post about similar issues with scrolling but not any with steps that resolved the issue. 

Any help is appreciated.

I am also having this problem. I last scrolled up to time/track my walk on Friday morning. Yesterday morning it wouldn't scroll. I did hard reset. It still won't scroll.

My screen also will not scroll. It hasn't scrolled for a week. I've tried to change the clock face multiple times as well as reset. I've also let the battery drain and recharged with no affect.

After trying several more times, I contacted customer support, and they also tried to fix it. In the end they're sending me a new one (it's still under warranty.)
