Inspire HR screen not turning on

Hi, recently I faced the issue that sometimes, I am not able to wake the Inspire HR screen. It still vibrates but no display until I reset the device by attaching to charger and holding the button.

This has never happened with the 2 older firmware before. I never had to reset my device until this new FW was installed. Can I revert to the older FW? If so, how? Thanks!

It's great to see you around @ianl1427. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Sorry you're experiencing this with your Inspire HR. I appreciate that you mentioned you weren't experiencing this with the previous versions.

There's no option to revert to the previous firmware version. Since, you've tried restarting it and you're still experiencing this, please try performing a factory reset and then continue checking if it works normally.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thanks. I will try that. It will take a while to see if the problem recurs. The first time it happened during the animation when the step goal is achieved. I got the vibration so I lifted my wrist to take a look, at the same time I pressed the button (habit of me pressing to turn the screen on), instead the screen turned off and I could not turn it on.

The second time happened around 2 weeks after. This time I did not do anything, I just could not wake the screen. I could still feel the vibration when I long press and the heart rate light is still flickering.

Hope the information helps.
