I bought an inspire HR and it arrived today. Took it out the box and did all the updates etc. The screen just keeps going crazy flicking back and forth between options, starting timers. The screen doesn't work properly. It also wont connect to my phone. I was really looking forward to using this but it just seems like a complete waste of money. Disappointing

Thanks for reporting the issues with your new Fitbit, sorry to see that the screen is going crazy flicking back and forth between the options. I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. Please confirm that you've checked that screen wake is toggled off by holding down the button on Inspire and tapping on 'Screen Wake'. Note: even with screen wake turned off, your screen will still light up when double tapped.
