Good afternoon
The sensor of the FitBit : OK
The FitBit is recording all the information about the heart beat etc and recorded in my Mobile Phone
Unfortunately, the smiley face does not show up and I cannot see any information from the FitBit itself
When charging and pressing and hold for more than 20 minutes, the smiley face still does not show up.
Please let me know what I can do more. Thanks

I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Inspire HR and just to confirm, aside of the restart process, have you tried changing the clock face? If you have and the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Support team so they can evaluate your options. They're available via chat and phone, just click here to get connected with them.

Hi Lizzy..my fitbit HR is not working on my wrist. It charges fine but as soon as I talk it off charge to my wrist it stops working the screen is blank and the green sensor at the back doesn't come on anymore.
Please can you help?
