Inspire HR screen not workong

GM everyone! Could anyone tell me why my screen isn't working? It was fine last night but today only the time shows; I can't do anything else from the watch. It's like it's frozen.

I tried rebooting mine a couple of times, but I still can't swipe the screen. It only shows the clock and battery, but I can't swipe.

It’s working now, after I gave up on it! I held the button in 3 or 4 times, then put it down. Pushed the button a few minutes later, and it came back. Go figure! I don’t trust it, but I’ll see if it tracks my sleep tonight.

Try holding button side fitbit little longer Release then press again
Should get a smile Then will work again

I just tried attaching it to the computer and the smiley face came up.  Restarting it in the wall outlet wasn't. Thanks for the tip.

yep, I have done that multiple times and nothing worked. I contacted customer support after my screen was totally messed up last night, it was showing two clocks and then when I would plug it in I got a grey-white noise looking screen, then eventually it turned all the way off and wouldn't light up at all. Then I cleaned the charging parts with rubbing alcohol and the screen was back to just showing the clock face and not letting me swipe. So I restarted again and the screen is still frozen.

Plug fitbit into your computer Then press button side fitbit for bout 5 sec
Smiley face comes on Press button again and back to normal

Plug the Fitbit into the computer and press the button to restart. That worked for me.

Same thing with mine. I did a restart when that happened yesterday and I got the smiley face and all was well. But today I got another blank screen and tried restarting several times, still a blank screen, This watch is too expensive to keep buying one every year.

Try another time. Make sure you have internet connection and your computer
plugged in.

When I try to sync on my phone it says no device found
