Inspire HR screen remains black

I have plugged in my Fitbit and held down the botton for 15 secs and it buzzes once at the start and then nothing happens. The green light is flashing at the back. It is syncing with my app, but there is nothing on the display. 

 

If u can’t fix this, how do u contact the company to replace it. Do I have to return to the store I bought it in, or do the fit bit company replace it?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I just want you to try changing the clockface on your Inspire to see if this helps resolve the issue.

My Fitbit Inspire HR went black this morning. I spent an hour and 15 minutes on a chat with Customer Support, all to no avail. She had me downloading apps and turning bluetooth on and off and nothing worked. I finally had to stop the chat because I had to leave for an appointment, and she said we could try again later! UGH! This is not encouraging at all!

I just changed the watch face and it is now working!! ☺️ Give it a try!

I'm trying to follow the instructions to change the clock face, but when I go to the dashboard, I don't see any "account icon"--where do I find it? THANKS!

Yes , I tried changing the clock face but it didn’t work. 

 

I think perhaps my fitbit needs to be replaced after 5 weeks??

Thanks for your feedback. In my case, my device just went off on its own. It does not come on even after pressing the button for 15 seconds...a smiley shows and it turns off again. It cannot connect to the bluetooth so it's impossible to change clock face. Please help...my device is quite new and this stress was not bargained for 😞

I am having the exact same issue all of the sudden.  It was working fine and hour ago now it is just black.

I can not find a number to call anyone.

Call 1 (877) 623-4997. When it happened to me, they sent me a new one!

Thank you! I did that and it worked but I have had to do it multiple
times. I am beginning to wonder if I have a defective Fitbit. Trying to
get through to someone on the phone is like walking on hot coals!
