I have plugged in my Fitbit and held down the botton for 15 secs and it buzzes once at the start and then nothing happens. The green light is flashing at the back. It is syncing with my app, but there is nothing on the display.
If u can’t fix this, how do u contact the company to replace it. Do I have to return to the store I bought it in, or do the fit bit company replace it?

I’ve read through all of these forums. I was on chat with Fitbit months ago and gave up. Now my daughter is back to school and loved using the alarm on her Fitbit. I tried again with the clock face change, the holding the button down. It’s so weird because nothing comes up or buzzes. However, it still syncs to the Fitbit app.
I don’t want to have to buy her a new Inspire HR. Any suggestions?

Fitbit basically told me to pound sand. It was out of warranty and go buy a new one.

Mine also won't turn on. Tried all the tricks mentioned but no luck. It's synced up, but just a black screen. Ugh!
