I've had my Inspire HR for over a year now and suddenly I'm having issues. The screen won't scroll at all despite several restarts and un-syncing and resyncing my device. This just started 2 weeks ago but now my device randomly turns off. I checked last night and my battery was at 80%. It shut off in the middle of the night and when I plugged it into my computer to do a restart it said it was at 1%. My battery usually doesn't die that quickly. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks!

Hi @lisaj56304, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and battery draining issues that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. In the meantime, try the tips that are listed in this help page. After this, charge your Inspire HR completely and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.
Finally, try changing the clock face and see if it scrolls properly.
Looking forward to your response.

Changing the clock face did not help with my stuck screen. I’ve also went through the help tips with no luck. Any other suggestions?
