Inspire HR screen showing garbled information, does not vibrate.

The screen was not working and the vibration functions stopped working.  I tried resetting it, and now it shows what looks like white noise static. Sometimes the time displays correctly, but swiping to another screen causes the distortion again.

This happened to me too. I am guessing by the less than helpful response here that it is completely broken. Only had the thing for two years.
