Inspire HR screen switches from app to app

My Fitbit Inspire HR stopped working some days ago. It turns off when is out of the charger.
I was contacted by the customer service and they send me a replacement. The new device also doesn't work! It swipes from app to app all day without being touched until it's out of battery, I already reset it multiple times but nothing changed!!
I'm a little disappointed.
