Inspire HR screen too dim

Hi 

The screen brightness on my Inspire HR is very dark to the point where I can only read the screen in a dark room. 

I’ve switched off screen dim, have rebooted it, done a factory reset and random things found on YouTube like tapping it repeatedly, all to no avail. 

Any thoughts?

Hi there, @sampsonkieran. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire HR before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd suggest checking if your Inspire HR is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

• Notifications and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
