My screen is showing a black & white square. Lines? Sometimes just a white square. Like a broken computer screen. It looks like there might be water inside. Which all I have done is wash my hands, no swimming or showering with it in. So why did this screw up so easily? I tried to reset. No happy face. Still syncing. Shoukd injustice trybto see if it resolves by drying out. Isn't Inspire HR supposed to be somewhat waterproof?

I contacted support via Twitter and they created a case #. I got an email. Sent my info. Waiting for reply?? 🤷🏼:female_sign: Trackervstill unreadable.
