Hi there,
I have had my Inspire HR for just over a year now and have started experiencing problems. The screen has stopped responding to touch and I cannot scroll up or down past the clock face. A couple of weeks prior to this I noticed the screen was acting quite laggy when trying to scroll as though it was having trouble. The vibration function on my Inspire HR has also now stopped working alongside the screen issue.
I have already tried resetting as I see this has fixed the issue for others but unfortunately not for myself.
It is also still tracking all my stats and updates them on the Fitbit app as normal.
Any help would be appreciated,
