My inspire hr worked great for a week but now is inconsistent with the scrolling up. I have to press the screen really hard for it to respond. I have plugged it in a reset it a couple of times. And checked for updates.

Hi @LeGould, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the scrolling issue that the screen of your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you talked to them via phone in regards this issue. Since you mentioned that your Inspire HR is still unable to scroll or swipe properly, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

Hello,
I'm having an identical problem with my inspire hr. I haven't been able 2 scroll the screen for about 2 days now. It's fully charged & I've reset the device a few times now & it still has the same problem.
The screen will only rotate through the small data displayed in the bottom of the screen (date, steps,etc), when I try to scroll. I can also get to the settings screen when I press the side button, but that's it.
My device is about 2 years old now & I haven't damaged it or done anything different recently.
It's currently too late at night 2 access the phone help line, so I just thought I would post a message first, since it looks like i'm having an identical problem as the OP.
I'll try ring tomorrow.

Sorry I should have indicated that unlike the OP my screen won't scroll no matter how hard I press the screen.
