Inspire HR screen won't respond

Fitbit Inspire HR touch doesn’t work. Looks like condensation on screen. Tried restarting multiple times.

 

Charges well. Hard press works.

Hi @Firbituser2020 If you see condensation on the screen then it sounds like water has got in. Contact Fitbit Support  , though if it is out of warranty I doubt there is much they can do, but worth a try.
