I have reset my Fitbit multiple times and it will not scroll. It will only allow me to hold the button down and view the basic settings and see the clock face. It has been very temperamental - sometimes it randomly starts working for two minutes and then stops again. Please help!

Hi @Lornajoned, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen if your Inspire HR is not scrolling. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
