Inspire HR screen won't stay still

It screen does not stay still, constantly scrolling. It was fully charged when I left my house and when I got home 3hrs later the fitbit was dead. What is wrong? I have restarted uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. This is my first fitbit buy and a little frustrated .....HELP

I didn't hear anything back on the forum so I returned my fitbit. I have
reordered and hoping my new one won't have the same issue.

Hi @Watts101, thanks for coming back and for letting us know you're receiving a new Inspire HR. 

 

Don't forget you can set up your new device on your currently Fitbit account without losing any previous data by following the steps below:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I'm having the same issue... keeps setting timers by itself and continuous scrolling. Died in a few hours the first day. I reset this morning and it keeps going ...this is disappointing. I ordered mine from QVC should I return it for a new one??
