I have an issue with my Inspire HR. My screen will NOT stop lighting up at night. Every time I move my arm or roll over, my screen shines in my face and wakes me up.
I've already read through the help forums and have turned Screen Wake off. Several times. It continues to light up and shine in my face. Is this a bug, or did I get a defective watch?

@Aly2 Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen lighting up at night and thank you for checking the settings on your device. The screen may turn on when you tap it while sleeping. Try wearing it on your non dominant hand at night (this should decrease the amount of movement the device is subjected at night) and if you wish you could use a sport band over it to avoid seeing the light at all.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the advice, but I already wear it on my non-dominant hand at night. It still constantly lights up at the slightest movement. There is nothing tapping the screen. I can be sitting up in bed at night checking my phone, with nothing near the Fitbit to hit it, and it still lights up. It's definitely being caused solely by movement.
I have Screen Wake turned off, yet if I move my hand right now, the screen will light up. Shouldn't it not be doing that?
