Inspire HR screen won't swipe and shows a line

Hi, a new user here. My Fitbit is charging. There is a line through the middle. I can't swipe any direction. Is this normal?

Sorry to hear you’re having problems, @g2fan . I would try restarting your Inspire a couple times. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Support
