My fitbit has recently stopped letting me scroll through other screens. It will only show the time. I did the resetting as suggested with no luck. I've let it completely die and recharge with no luck. Any support would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem with my Fitbit. What can I do to fix this? I’ve already tried restarting without it helping.

The support team did contact me with a solution of updating my fitbit but unfortunately it has not solved the problem.

Me too since 20th. Maybe its a Fitbit Problem rather than individual.

I am having the same problem. I did all the same things others tried. It still only shows the time. What else can I try?
