This week, my Inspire HR stopped responding when I try to swipe off the clock screen. The screen itself is physically able to respond to touch, as sometimes (though not always) when I swipe on the clock screen, the metric below the time responds, cycling between date, calories, exercise minutes, distance, and heart rate. However, this does not always respond, and the screen never swipes to the next screen; it always stays on the time screen no matter how long I swipe. The only screen that I can access besides the clock is the battery life screen, by holding down the side button until it appears.
I have tried the following that I saw recommended in other threads, and they haven't fixed the issue:
Putting it on the charger and holding down the button to restart (I see the smiley face) several times.
Restarting my phone, removing my Inspire HR from the app, closing the app, removing the inspire HR from bluetooth, restarting it again, re-adding it to the app, and restarting it again.
Is there something else I should try? Thank you!
