Inspire HR screen won't turn off.

My inspire hr screen refuses to turn off. The screen keeps flashing at me and its killing my battery. I've tried resetting several times, tried a factory reset several times, deleting and reloading to my phone, even changing the clock face but I've had no luck. I've only had my band since February so I'm not sure what is going on. Any ideas what my next step should be would  be a great help.

Same. This has been happening to me as well since at least yesterday!

I'm having the same issue as of 2 days ago! At first my screen wouldnt swipe for 4 days then resolved on it's own after extensive research to figure it out, and now this! My device is only 8 months old, kinda disappointing, especially when fitbit support said there was nothing they could do for me.

Update! Let the battery die completely then charge. I did that, made my previous comment then put my Fitbit on the charger. So far first and second attempt to see how it is working is back to normal! Crossing my fingers it stays like this.

I have tried that as well. Mine died yesterday not because I was trying but because the battery drained so fast. Still acting up today 😞

I have a brand new one got it today, and I’m having the same issue. It died within a couple of hours! I reset it and it’s still doing it. Did you ever find a solution?

So after weeks of dealing with the issue I finally contacted customer service. They sent me a replacement at no charge. After receiving the new one I opened the package and placed on the charger and nothing happens. Won't do anything!! Not even turn on!! I've tried 2 different chargers, different charging blocks, different USB ports, nothing works. Sent me a dud. Not happy at all.

This just started happening to me today, after about a year of no problems with the Inspire HR. It’s super frustrating. Does no one have a fix? Tried resetting, disconnecting, updating, etc.

I have an Inspire 2 which is just over a year old (got it in January 2021), and I am experiencing the same problem. It started with the battery draining fast, then I discovered the screen wasn't turning off. Now the display doesn't want to swipe anymore. It's rather frustrating. This is like my 5th Fitbit device, and I am super frustrated. Had about 3 Charge HR's, had a Charge 2, now an Inspire 2, and they all keep having issues. I will give Fitbit one last try, after which it's bye bye to Fitbit if the device malfunctions.
