My Fitbit Inspire Hr has stopped working. Black screen, no green light. Makes the judder when the side button is pressed but nothing else.
Its fully charged, I’ve tried putting it on charge and holding the button in for 15 seconds and nothing.
Only had it for a year, very disappointing

Hi @CBower, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the black screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried all the steps asked clean g, charging, different charger etc, still nothing.
It doesn’t buzz when input it on charge m, but it does if I press the side button!
The green light has been flashing occasionally but then stops again!
