Hello,
My 1 and 1/2 year old Inspire HR is dead. I wore it two days ago for swimming in the sea and it worked perfectly. However, this morning the display was flashing so quickly that it couldn't read anything. On my search for help I looked through the forum and noticed that it is recommended to restart the device. After going through with the restarting procedure Inspire HR showed a smiley but when I touched the device the screen went black and nothing could change that ever since, not a restart (that won't work), not leaving it in peace for 30 minutes, nothing.
Dear community, dear support, what can I do?
