Inspire HR screen won't turn on

I’ve changed the clock face. I have plugged it into the wall and pressed the side button to restart it. I’ve tried tapping it. Nothing works. On the app, everything will show up, but nothing on the screen. It’s just shy of a year since I purchased it. Anything else I can try?

Hi @Pegledo It is probably still covered by the warranty so contact Fitbit Support  asap (before the year is up)

I have the same problem.  Did you manage to resolve yours?

I was having the same issue. Looked in the user guide and saw that you can change the clock face by going to settings then display then clock face. Once I made the change it seemed to resolve the issue and as a bonus I have a cute cat face on my clock face now. Hope it helps!
