Inspire HR short battery life

My battery is draining much quicker than normal. Like it lasts about 2-3 days and it typically lasts 6-7. I have cleaned the sensors, turned off GPS, reset the watch, and changed the watch face. Any thoughts on what to do next? The watch is just under a year old.

I have done all that is applicable to my Fitbit type. More concerned about why all the sudden its halved the battery life.
