My inspire hr that I got for Christmas is showing 001 and won’t restart at all what can I do?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR showing this error message and thank you for trying to restart your device. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
