Inspire HR showing black lines across the upper half of display

I purchased my Fitbit Inspire HR only a few months ago and as of late I've started to notice black lines/unlit lines across different parts of the upper half of the display. It used to be a single line that I can only describe as something like dead pixels but I'm starting to see more of the lines across the upper half of the display. I have tried following the instructions to reboot my device but the problem persists. Fitbit Inspire HR

 Hi,

Thanks for trying to help. After another restart I tried toggling through a few different clock faces but I'm seeing the same lines across all clock face graphics I select.

I just went thru' this with mine its less then year old. Mine had lines then eventually went black,  ultimately they replaced it but till then change the face setting in the app and letting it go for a few hours (after doing the reset while plugged in hold button for like 20 secs. )  Brought it back for awhile, it still was syncing steps when messed up.

Gosh, I hope not. I'm outside the US so I imagine the replacement procedures will not be that easy for me. Definitely no problem with tracking activity - it's really just the display, but the issue does seem to be getting progressively worse. Thanks for sharing your experience sloth7

Mine is basically doing the same thing.  I've had my fitbit for about a year and just a few days ago I noticed the top half of my screen is unlit on every other line.  Now the top 1/4 is completely black and all the rest of it has every other line unlit. I'm not sure what is going on.  I tried restarting it but that didn't fix it.

I'm also having the exact same issue. I've had my Fitbit for a little over a year, however the top half has "dead" pixels running through the screen and it's getting progressively worst. I've tried restarting my Fitbit as well as change screens. Nothing has helped. 😞

I am having a similar issue.  My screen is dimming, parts of the numbers are completely black and there are black lines through the numbers.  Soft reset and charging the battery have not helped.  It does still connect to my cell phone.  I have had mine since 2019.  The expectation that this device will last a year or two is unacceptable.

Hi Liliya,

I am having a similar issue with my Fitbit Inspire HR. I have tried rebooting and hard resetting, as well as changing the clock face but the issue persists.

Could you please have customer support team contact me also.

Hi, seeing the discussion above I wondered if someone can help. I already restarted, via display and hard reset. I changed the clock. I have Fitbit charge 4. It has horizontal black lines.
