Hi my HR inspire that was a gift 2 months ago has suddenly stopped working. Getting smiley face when trying to turn on then the screen displays a diamond Fitbit icon with the numbers 001 underneath. Please can you help.

Thanks for reporting this issue and for restarting your Fitbit. Since it didn't solve the issue you're having with your Fitbit device, I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support at the email you used to register with the Community Forums.
