Inspire HR showing "AJNMLJK3 001 " after charging it

It show me AJNMLJK3 001 and can not do anything after charging at May 03 2019..

Thanks for reporting the message that your Inspire HR is showing. In this case, please try a restar on your Fitbit. Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. You can follow this steps: 

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Your tracker should now work normally, otherwise let me know.

No, it can not restart, smiley then black screen or 001 error.

And, it unable to connect to mobile app with bluetooth.
