Inspire HR showing resting heart rate

Hi there!

I recently bought the inspire HR and i absolutely adore it! I really love the heart rate monitor function which my old device did not have. But here is my problem : When i scroll down the menu i find this order: Steps, Heart rate at the moment, bpm resting heart rate, burnt cal, active minutes, etc. My question is: "Why does it show me my resting heart rate on the inspire hr?" I did not see it on the layout in the user's manual! (page 16). I have looked everywhere in the settings! Am i the only one with the heart rate resting on the fitbit??? I hope you understand my question, kisses Klara ❤️

It's great to see you around @KlaraHS. Sorry for the delayed reply.

It's great to hear that you just bought the Fitbit Inspire HR, I'm happy to hear that you're enjoying it. 😊

I appreciate the research done prior posting. Your Inspire HR will show you current heart rate and heart-rate zone, it shouldn't show you resting heart rate. I would like you to restart your Inspire HR and check if your display shows the normal stats. You can learn more about it by checking this article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?

If you're still seeing heart rate please provide me with a picture of what you're getting in the display.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hello!

thanks a lot for your answer.

However, I did restart my fitbit but it still shows me the bpm resting heart rate (see attached picture). 😕

It is good, but i dont really feel the need so see it on my device. I can just check that in the app. I really hope you can help me.

Thanks for the screenshot attached @KlaraHS. It seems this was added in the latest firmware version, that's why you're seeing it in your Inspire HR now.

Currently, it's not possible to remove this from your tracker. However, you may want to post it in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I have the same issue. Device shows the actual heart rate but the App shows resting heart rate. i track my daughters workout and can not see here elevated heart rate during workout. Called the tech support and they stated its an app issue. That sucks!!! dont understand why it can not be fixed. very frustrating!!!
