As of last night I have had this screen on my fitbit and am unable to do anything with it. Before I had this it wouldnt charge and I kept getting the smiley face when I tried to reset

Let me help you with your Inspire HR showing this error message and thank you for restarting your device. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
