Inspire HR shows Error 001

[Gulfem]

After a short swim my fitbit inspire hr screen turned black. I read the forums and did whatever was written to no avail. When i push the button for 5 seconds i get a smiley face and then the screen goes black again. When i plug it to my computer, fitbit logo with error 001 sign comes up again. I love my fitbit and i want a solution. Please help.

Hi and thank you for your quick response. I tried to contact live chat support however although I click on the live chat button nothing happens. Is it because I'm trying to contact you from Turkey? What can I do?

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting me know that you haven´t been able to contact our support team @Gulfem. 

I would recommend to keep trying. Our response times have been longer than expected lately.
