Inspire HR shows No Measurement (No history) for HR

I just bought an Inspire HR yesterday. I noticed there is no history shown in HR tracking, it just says No Measurements. I have read through all the posting and tried them all; Go to Setting, App, Clear Cache & Data, set In this App. Restart my phone (I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 8). Uninstalled and Installed. Still the HR is only shown on my device, but 'no measurements' on my phone. I am so disappointed... 

 

What else can I do? Should I give up and ask for refund?

You know what? A minute after I posted here the Fitbit app finally showed the HR history...So I dunno which one worked.
