Hi @Irish8Mom, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire HR shows a "Nothing New Here" message.
Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the message disappears and it shows your stats and clock face properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

So, I have the same problem. I get the "Nothing New Here" screen and it won't move. If I click the side buttons for 1 second it puts me at the DND/Sleep screens but there is no way to get to the clock face that I can identify. I then plug it into the charger and reboot it by holding the sides for 10 seconds to get back to the clock face. This is incredibly annoying. It happens a couple of times a day...and if I am not home close to my charger, I'd be without a watch. Mine is an Inspire 2. Is there any fix to this? I'm thinking I might have to return it.
