This is my second message now and I am extremely frustrated. At this point I have tried everything to fix this watch and I would now like to either send it for repair or have a new one sent to me. As I stated in my last 2 messages, this was a gift for a friend for christmas and she didn't even have it 6 months before it started acting up.
Please advise as to next steps and please don't ask me to do anymore troubleshooting on my own.
Thank you.

Welcome to the Community, @Kelliaeiou
I understand where your frustration is coming from and I appreciate the troubleshooting performed. I could see on your previous post that you reported this misbehavior on your Inspire HR, so I recommend you to contact our Support team by requesting an online chat or calling them as they will gladly review your case and check your options.
See you around.

I had my Fitbit for five WEEKS when it absolutely died. Tech support could not solve the problem. I had to send it back on my dime. My replacement Inspire is now about a year old, and I believe it is dying. Their products last about a year.

My Fitbit is also stuck in smiley mode. It is charged, but it won't turn on and it won't sync. It does briefly flash a smile when I hook it up to the charger. No vibrations.
