Inspire HR shows black screen

I was using my Fitbit Inspire HR & suddenly, the screen went black. I tried charging, it did not charge. I still have a black screen and I cannot reset the Fitbit Inspire HR. It does not respond to anything at this point. My inspire HR is only 8 months old. I have not had any problems up until now. Suggestions?

I'm having the same problem too. It seems like the display got dimmer and then stopped working. I also get the "blip" when I press the side  button, but no display.

There was an update for mine and once I did that, screen came back on.

My screen is also black. It is not recognized by the phone app or computer. How would I get to an update to try that?

My update showed on my phone, I'm sorry I don't know where else to try and
get it.

The update is on the Fitbit app.
