Inspire HR shows dead pixels / black lines

my fitbit has a few lines of dead pixels. 


I tried resetting the fitbit three times as suggested on a previous thread it didn’t work for the og poster but I tried anyways and it didn’t work for me.  The lines show up on every screen. This just started a few days ago.
